One customer just made my day today.
As a consumer myself, I always try my best to meet all their needs. And today, there was this customer who wish to substitute his food with other stuff, so I helped him to get the best deal since I don’t want them paying for nothing. As a result, he appreciates it so much.
While paying for his food, he asked me: Did you guys get the tips?
I told him that we got 70% percent and the other 30% goes to the kitchen. So he was like: Ohhh….that’s not fair and thanks telling me.
Before he left, he took a 20dollars note from his wallet and gives it to me. I was surprised because he is the first customer who did this.
Even though it’s not THAT much, but his intention is the best thing ever! And this whole time, I was hoping every customers would at least satisfied with my service and it’s proven today.
Anyways, I am happy~
